Who are The Little Carpet Company?
The Little Carpet Company is an independent, family owned, local business. Established in 2010 with our first shop in Gedling Village, we have since opened 3 more stores in Mapperley, West Bridgford and Wollaton. YOur aim is to be the NO. 1 choice for carpets and flooring in the Nottinghamshire area. We have many years of flooring industry experience and our fitting team are all experienced professionals who only work for The Little Carpet Company, We pride ourselves at putting the customer first and we treat your house like it is our home because we know how important it is.
Can I borrow samples?
We offer a completely free sample service and encourage customers to take samples so you can be sure about your choice and test colours in your own home. It is always important to look at your samples in the daylight in your room and in the evening with your lighting on. We do not charge for our samples, all we ask is for a contact telephone number and that you aim to return your samples within three days. (If you need to keep them longer, we understand we just ask that you let us knnow).
Do you have a home measure service?
Of course we can arrange a no obligation visit to your home which will mean we can give you a firm quote for your flooring. This will also allow us to plan on how we could best fit your flooring and provide advice where necessary. Should you wish to go ahead, you can place your order with us, in your home, where we will arrange a convenient fitting date and take your payment. Pop into your local store to book a home measure.
Will you provide me with an accurate quote?
We aim to give you a rough estimate in store, based on any information and measurements you can provide us. Once we have exact measurements this could change slightly. All our quotes aim to be accurate and clear, the total price quoted includes the breakdown of:
How do I pay for my flooring?
Payment is required once you have agreed your quote/invoice. We need to take payment in order to order your flooring and book your fitting date. If your fitting date is longer than 10 days we can arrange a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is payable the day before the fitting date at the latest.
How soon can my flooring be fitted?
Depending on your chosen products and our fitting team's availability we aim to fit your flooring in 7 working days.
Can you uplift my carpet or help move furniture?
To help things go even more smoothly and enusre the fitting of your new floor is "hassle free" we are able to offer additional services.
