We offer a completely free sample service and encourage customers to take samples so you can be sure about your choice and test colours in your own home. It is always important to look at your samples in the daylight in your room and in the evening with your lighting on. We do not charge for our samples, all we ask is for a contact telephone number and that you aim to return your samples within three days. Of course we can arrange a no obligation visit to your home which will mean we can give you a firm quote for your flooring. This will also allow us to plan on how we could best fit your flooring and provide advice where necessary. Should you wish to go ahead, you can place your order with us, in your home, where we will arrange a convenient fitting date and take your payment. Pop into your local store to book a home measure. We aim to give you a rough estimate in store, based on any information and measurements you can provide us. Once we have exact measurements this could change slightly. All our quotes aim to be accurate and clear, the total price quoted includes the breakdown of: All flooring Underlay Materials Accessories Fitting and labour Your quote is applicable for 14 days.

Once you are happy with your quote and we have received your go ahead you can place your order, pay, book your fitting date and receive an invoice: In person at any of our stores With our estimator on your home measure Over the phone

Payment is required once you have agreed your quote/invoice. We need to take payment in order to order your flooring and book your fitting date. If your fitting date is longer than 10 days we can arrange a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is payable the day before the fitting date at the latest. We accept: Cash Cheques Bank Tranfer Debit/Credit Cards We do also offer an finance option, subject to eligibility you can apply for this online or instore, find out more information by visiting our FINANCE PAGE HERE

The Little Carpet Company haved teamed up with Ideal4Finance to offer finance options for flooring purchases, subject to eligibility. More information can be found on our FINANCE page or pop into your LOCAL STORE.

Depending on your chosen products and our fitting team's availability we aim to fit your flooring in 7 working days. Your fitting will be arranged to take place between 9.30 am and 5 pm. You may be able to request an AM call (beforw 1pm) or PM call (after 1pm), however this is not always possible due to work load. Unfortunately we are unable to give a more specific timem for your job.

To help things go even more smoothly and enusre the fitting of your new floor is "hassle free" we are able to offer additional services. The fees for these are as follows: OLD FLOORING To remove and dispose of your old flooring (per room) £38 ROOM CLEARANCE To assist with moving heavy items (per room) £30 PLANE DOORS Includes rehanging doors (standard doors) £20 POA for bespoke or solid wood floors MATS/RUNNERS/PROTECTORS We are able to have any leftover pieces of your carpet made into mats/rugs etc by having them bound (per metre) £4.99 (p/sqm) DELIVERY CHARGE If you purchase a product from us but decide to have it fitted yourself, a delivery charges within a 10 mile area of your loca store. £20 Visit OUR SERVICES page for more information

The Little Carpet Company cannot accept responsibility for innaccurate measurements if they have been supplied by the customer. If your purchase is cancelled and goods are on order by The Little Carpet Company a cutting charge of 20% will be payable. Advisement - If The Little Carpet Company advises against a specific flooring, or highlights potentional problems of not replacing a certain aspect - for example using old underlay, it may affect the performance of your new product and could invalidate any warranties or consumer rights. All monies owed to The Little Carpet Company shall be paid no later than the day before completion. All goods remain the property of The Little Carpet Company until full payment is made.
