Are The Little Carpet Company stores still open?

Our stores are currently closed as per the current Coronavirus lockdown. However we are expecting this to change in early December when the government outlines the further easing of its lockdown measures. In the meantime, you are able to CONTACT US by phone or email during our opening hours and we are operating an appointment only basis where we will arrange to meet you at one of our stores. Please be aware that the range of stock we are able to get is currently very limited.

I've placed an order when will it be delivered and fitted?

We are expecting an update from all of our suppliers as to when they will be supplying our outstanding orders. We will also be contacting our customers all customers and updating them about their orders accordingly. If you still require more information please CONTACT US HERE and we will contact you back.

Can I still place an order by telephone?

Of course! We are doing everything we can to try and serve our customers in these unprecedented times. Bare in mind that our suppliers are mostly closed for now. CONTACT US with any orders, questions or book an appointment to visit one of our stores to help you place an order from our full range to be fitted at a later date.

Can I collect an order from store?

Unfortunately, as all none essential travel has been restricted and all our stores are temporary closed, however if your order is supply only, we may be able to arrange collection using social distancing measures. Please CONTACT US to arrange. Dont worry, if you have already ordered with us for fitting by The Little Carpet Company, your flooring will be here when we reopen!

Can I book a home measure?

In the first instance please CONTACT OUR TEAM and we'll assess the safest way to get your sizes. Home measures may still happen observing social distancing, in empty properties or for specialist commercial jobs.
